COMMUNITY RESOURCE PERSONS/SPEAKERS

The West Baton Rouge Parish School Board shall require any outside speaker wanting or invited to address any school organization to be approved prior to the speaking engagement by the School Board administrator, usually the principal.  The criteria for such approval shall be curricular enhancement, health and safety factors, and non-proselytization for any group whether religious or secular.
