BOARD INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF NEW FACILITIES

The acceptance of new construction shall be withheld until completion is certified by the designated construction supervisor.

No such certification shall be made until all contractual agreements have been met to an extent considered satisfactory under the Louisiana laws and the prescribed West Baton Rouge Parish School Board standards.

Upon completion of the construction, the Board, Superintendent of Schools, designated construction supervisor, and the architect shall make an inspection of the project before the Board shall accept the finished product.  Any payments involved shall be reviewed at this time, and the Board, with advice of the architect, shall have final authorization for any payment.
