The West Baton Rouge Parish School Board directs that the annual salary of regular full-time personnel employed for less than a twelve (12) month period be divided into twelve (12) monthly payments.  Employees shall be given the option of requesting the balance of salary due upon completion of the employment period.  Said balance may be paid provided the employee submits written request for such payment on or before a reasonable date established by the staff.
